Who is Fabio Raucci

Fabio Raucci is the F & B Manager

Born in Naples and grew up in the near sub-region of Cilento, Fabio first started here his brilliant career in the hospitality sector when still very young. He used to alternate several summer seasons, facing the sun of stunning coastal locations, and winter seasons in prestigious luxury hotels throughout Switzerland. Since 2001 he’s been working in Capri Palace, looking after the opening of outstanding restaurants: the “Olivo”, 2 Michelin stars, and the “Capri’s Riccio”, the only beach restaurant awarded with michelin star. He has also cured the opening of the restaurant “Capri”, 1 Michelin star, in Zermatt. Following his devotion to the company, he has overviewed the opening of “Larte” restaurant in Milan and the opening of various temporary restaurant around the world.  Capri palace is part of the wider and more prominent luxury hotel chain Jumerah

Andrea Cacciatore

Andrea Cacciatore was born in Parma on August 22, 1995 into a family of restaurateurs. The scientific high school diploma opens the doors to university studies, graduating in Economics and Management.

Born in Calabria, he grew on the coast of the gods between nicotera and tropea, he begun very young to make the summer seasons, after the hotel school he starts alternating summer and winter seasons between madonna di campiglio, cortina d ampezzo and lake garda.
